Job Description
Job Title: .Net full stack developer w/AI Agent Framework experience
Location: Norfolk - VA (Hybrid )
Duration: Long Term Contract
Required Skills :
- 10+ years' experience in Net Programming-C# .Net, .Net Framework, .Net Programming-VB .Net,ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core,SQL,ASP.NET Core .
- AI Agent Framework
- Experience with AI Assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks
Job description/Responsibilities :
- 10 or more years of Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Experience with AI Assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks
- Hands-on experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET core, and Web API development
- Knowledge of databases such as Sybase Or SQL Server
- Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Git version control
- Experience with AI Assisted coding using GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Windsurf
- Familiarity with MS Agent Framework, Agentic AI solutions, Spec Driven Development is a plus.
- Awareness in Angular is a plus
Experience with Analyzing cross functional requirements
- Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI based applications
- Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture
- Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
- Understanding of Agentic AI Evals
- Experience Carelon SCS Applications and business processes is preferred.
- Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred
