The Role • Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless plans and services. • Assist customers with the latest devices to connect, work, watch, game, and stream. • Develop new consumer and business accounts. • Provide outstanding customer service during and after the sale. • Stay current on the newest technology products and services. • Recommend changes to products and services based on customer feedback.
