The Role

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless plans and services.
• Assist customers with the latest devices to connect, work, watch, game, and stream.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts.
• Provide outstanding customer service during and after the sale.
• Stay current on the newest technology products and services.
• Recommend changes to products and services based on customer feedback.

What You'll Need

• Driven, enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and utilize proven sales techniques.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiating and follow-up abilities.
• Understanding of current technology products and services.
