The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues both individually and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications accurately within a digital change control tracking system. • Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications before deployment. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License is required. Must have experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms. • Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing. • Experience with fire alarm systems (Bosch, Silent Knight preferred; Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial systems a plus). NICET certification or State Fire License is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
