Job Description
BTIG APAC is seeking a Front Office Technical Support Specialist in Sydney for a 12 month contract. You will provide on site support to a 20 person trading and operations team, maintaining local network, storage, and data center infrastructure.
You will assist with Excel, VBA, and Python tools, administer Office/SharePoint/AD, and build Linux VMs per lifecycle practices while ensuring timely incident resolution and clear communication with traders and teams.
