Onsite IT Support Technician - Melbourne (12-Month Contract)

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an IT Support Technician to join an onsite team in Melbourne. The role focuses on Level 1 desktop and workstation support with strong customer service to minimize business disruption.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android platforms, while supporting Microsoft 365 apps and Intune for device management. This is a 12-month contract, full-time, onsite.
