Strong communication, conflict resolution, and solid financial/risk analysis understanding.

Tech

Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and WebEx.

What You'll Do
Lead Teams:
Manage HR Administrators and Generalists while developing department goals.

Employee Relations

Handle employee counseling, conflict resolution, and recruiting/hiring.

Compliance & Audits

Maintain the employee handbook, run routine plant tours, and audit HR records.

Legal Support

Manage unemployment responses, attend hearings, and partner with in-house counsel.

Strategic Partnership

Advise leadership on sensitive issues and drive continuous process improvements.
