Senior Tech Assist

What role will you play?

In this role you will provide hands-on technology support across multiple businesses within the Group, acting as the face of technology and a trusted single point of contact for users. You'll resolve hardware and software issues, fulfil service requests, support new starters, manage equipment, and work with specialist teams to investigate and resolve technical challenges. The role also includes supporting meeting room AV, collaboration technologies, networks, and executive events, while contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the technology experience across the bank.

What you offer

• Experience in providing desktop support to end users in the Microsoft Windows, Apple and IOS operating systems environments.
• Experience working in and supporting Jamf and Workspace ONE AirWatch / Apple Business Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools
• Strong working knowledge of Windows11
• Competent in Active Directory administration
• Diligent with the ability to adhere to security, regulatory and compliance processes
• Familiar with SCCM and InTune endpoint management
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and business insights using Power BI.
• Familiarity with SysTrack for endpoint analytics, performance monitoring, and end-user experience management.
• Ability to leverage modern tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and user outcomes.
