Job description
Smartly is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to strengthen our Global IT team and improve technical support across the APAC region. You will provide hands-on and remote support for macOS and Windows, manage identity and access, and work with Google Workspace and cloud platforms.
You will own support requests, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with IT colleagues across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to improve processes and service delivery.
