Renewal Operations Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Renewal Operations Analyst in Utah Valley, UT.

Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical operations professional to support a fast-growing SaaS organization. This role will partner closely with the Renewals organization to drive operational excellence, improve business processes, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Renewals leadership to support forecasting, retention, churn analysis, and operational reporting
• Gather business requirements and design scalable process and system improvements
• Configure and enhance Salesforce workflows, reporting, dashboards, routing logic, and operational tools
• Develop and maintain operational frameworks, KPIs, and analytics that support business objectives
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Systems, and Revenue teams to drive efficiency and process improvements
• Support compensation, quota, territory planning, and related operational initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Direct experience supporting a Renewals organization (required)
• Strong Salesforce administration and reporting experience
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience building operational processes, workflows, reporting, or routing models
• Background in Revenue Operations, Renewals Operations, or Sales Operations
• Proven analytics and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce Administration background
• Revenue Operations or Renewals Operations experience within a SaaS environment
• Experience with compensation plans, quotas, commissions, or incentive programs
• Territory planning, customer health scoring, pricing analysis, or lead-routing experience
• Experience working in high-growth technology organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
