Job Description

Lutheran Disability Services (LDS) is seeking a highly capable and motivated individual as a Data & Systems Integration Analyst. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our systems, enhancing data capability, and ensuring revenue integrity across the organisation.

Job Description

About the role:

This role will have a strong focus on systems integration and optimisation, you will act as the bridge between operational teams, Finance, and systems vendors- driving improvements that enable smarter decision-making, financial sustainability, and high-quality service delivery.

  • Lead integration and optimisation of core systems (client management, rostering, billing, finance)
  • Conduct gap analyses and implement system and process improvements
  • Enhance system configuration to drive automation, data accuracy, and efficiency
  • Act as the key liaison between operations, Finance, and system vendors
  • Deliver system improvement initiatives through process mapping and stakeholder engagement
  • Strengthen data governance, reporting capability, and support NDIS compliance
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports for financial and revenue performance
  • Monitor NDIS utilisation, claims, and revenue to identify risks and opportunities
  • Produce executive and board-level reporting using business intelligence tools
  • Provide service and program financial insights to support decision-making
  • Identify cost drivers, loss-making supports, and pricing pressures
  • Partner with Finance and HR on forecasting, workforce analysis, and strategic planning

Governance, Capability & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop consistent, high-quality reporting for leadership and governance bodies
  • Improve data quality, integrity, and organisational reporting standards
  • Build data literacy and capability across teams
  • Document key metrics, data definitions, and business rules
  • Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making
Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration, systems analysis, or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience working with financial, rostering, or operational data
  • Experience in project delivery, including systems or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and willingness to learn new systems

Required Qualifications and Clearances

  • Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related field (desirable)
  • Experience in Project management (advantageous)
  • Experience in a not-for-profit or regulated environment (advantageous)
  • Experience in NDIS, disability, health, or human services (desirable)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
