Job Description

Were looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a software delivery team, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Youll translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and support delivery from requirements through to implementation and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
  • Create user stories, functional requirements, process flows and business rules.
  • Work with Product Owners, developers, testers, UX/UI, architects and DevOps teams.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and prioritisation.
  • Conduct business impact assessments and support business change and implementation activities.
  • Support testing, defect triage and operational readiness.
  • Use data analysis and SQL to validate requirements and identify trends or data-quality issues.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement.
About You
  • 1.55 years experience as a Business Analyst in a technology/software delivery environment.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery.
  • Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases and system integration.
  • Experience with UML, BPMN or Design Thinking.
  • Familiarity with cloud/enterprise platforms such as AWS, Azure or Salesforce.
  • Experience in Public Sector environments is desirable.
  • BA certification is advantageous.
