SharePoint Developer with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to support a federal defense organization focused on enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and mission-critical business systems. This position is on-site in Quantico, VA . The SharePoint / Power Platform Developer will design, build, and optimize Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that enable efficient, secure, and scalable operations. This role directly supports a high-visibility mission environment where reliable digital workflows are essential to operational success. Responsibilities for the SharePoint / Power Platform Developer include:

• Designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) to support complex business processes and large-scale data management
• Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and reliability
• Developing and integrating SharePoint list- and library-driven solutions, including item-level permissions and multi-list data synchronization
• Optimizing application performance using delegation, efficient data handling, and best practices for large datasets
• Collaborating with analysts to translate documented business requirements into scalable technical solutions through iterative development cycles Required Qualifications for the SharePoint / Power Platform Developer include:
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT solutions in complex enterprise or government environments
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas), Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365
• Strong skills in workflow automation, troubleshooting, performance optimization,
• IAT II Certification (Sec+)
• Active Secret clearance Compensation for the SharePoint / Power Platform Developer include:
• Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
