Full Stack Developer (React/Node)

Full Stack Developer — React + Node.js, with strong backend development experience, good React exposure, PostgreSQL and MongoDB experience, knowledge of GitHub Actions and Rancher, and basic familiarity with Java/Spring Boot.

Frontend - React - High

Backend - Node.js - High

Relational DB - PostgreSQL - High

NoSQL DB - MongoDB - High / specifically used

DevOps - Rancher - Expected knowledge

CI/CD - GitHub - Actions - Expected knowledge

Java - Java / Spring Boot - Basic knowledge sufficient

Python - Python - Not required

Networking / Network - Automation — Not required

 

MongoDB specifically matters because their existing application connections/workflows use Mongo; generic NoSQL experience alone may not be enough.

What candidates should prepare most

The strongest candidate would have hands-on experience with:
