Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Local Candidates Only
Location: Triangle Region, North Carolina Raleigh / Durham / Wake County
Work Model: Primarily Remote with occasional onsite presence at customer offices in Wake/Durham County
Work Auth: All visas accepted (No h1 and fake visas)

Candidates must currently reside in the Triangle region of North Carolina.
Non-local candidates and candidates willing to relocate will NOT be considered by the client. This position requires occasional onsite presence at customer locations in the Raleigh-Durham / Wake-Durham County area.
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
This is a development-focused role, not a Power Platform Administrator position.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, enhance, and maintain scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Develop both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.
- Create advanced Power Automate workflows across Microsoft 365 and external enterprise systems.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with SharePoint, Teams, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Build and maintain custom connectors and advanced integrations where required.
- Deploy Power Platform solutions across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Follow Power Platform ALM, governance, security, and deployment best practices.
- Work with Azure DevOps as part of enterprise application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and deployment issues.
- Perform ongoing application maintenance, configuration changes, fixes, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal development and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and project delivery.
- Meet with customers to gather requirements, clarify technical needs, and support delivered solutions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, blockers, and technical findings to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation covering enhancements, fixes, configurations, and deployments.
Preferred Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Microsoft PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals
- Additional Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong enterprise-level experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, integrations, ALM, environment management, Azure DevOps, and production deployments.
