, and we’re looking for motivated, competitive people who want to build a high-income career. This is a field-based outside sales and project coordination role with paid training, uncapped commission, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. No roofing experience is required.

We’ll teach you the industry, the sales process, and how to manage residential roofing projects from start to finish. If you’re confident, coachable, hardworking, and motivated by performance, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting
Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
Conduct roof and property inspections
Identify and document potential storm damage
Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
Coordinate roofing projects from inspection through completion
Build customer relationships and generate referrals
Deliver a strong customer experience

Roofing and storm restoration
Residential sales
Roof inspections
Insurance restoration processes
Customer communication
Project management
Closing and follow-up

Who We’re Looking For
Roofing experience is not required

Valid driver’s license
Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
Ability to work outdoors and climb residential roofs
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field
