Client Solutions Manager (Entertainment & Tech Services)

Salt Search has partnered with a globally renowned, influential, innovative and award-winning social media entertainment platform and we're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join their Entertainment & Technology Services team, where you'll partner with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success and unlock growth opportunities. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role combining performance marketing, measurement, analytics, and consultative problem-solving in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Build and grow long-term client relationships alongside the Sales team. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to maximise results. Guide clients on measurement and attribution solutions, including incrementality testing and marketing effectiveness frameworks. Turn campaign and audience data into actionable insights and growth strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions. Identify opportunities to expand and enhance existing client partnerships. Leverage automation and AI-powered tools to scale reporting, analysis, and insights. Provide market feedback to help shape future advertising products and solutions.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience across digital advertising, media, marketing, client solutions, ad-tech, or performance marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and performance-driven marketing across social, search, programmatic, or related channels.
• Experience using platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat or similar advertising ecosystems
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of app marketing and the mobile app ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a track record of working effectively across multiple teams and functions.
