You will position data as a trusted strategic asset, build enterprise data capability, and help ASIC to identify and respond to emerging issues and use data and intelligence more effectively as part of regulatory decision making.

Your roleLeading a multidisciplinary function, you will:set the enterprise strategy, operating model, investment priorities and transformation roadmapoversee trusted data products, architecture, platforms and engineering in partnership with technology leadersstrengthen data governance, quality, stewardship and accessibility across ASICenable secure, ethical and responsible analytics and AI, translating insight into actionThis role requires the ability to influence at the highest levels and across the entire enterprise.

Working with the Commission and leaders across regulatory, intelligence, technology and assurance functions, you will unite diverse teams behind a shared vision for data and AI and drive outcomes beyond your direct span of control. About youYou are an accomplished senior executive who has led enterprise-scale data, analytics or AI transformation and tech enabled delivery in a complex or regulated environment. You combine strategic vision with practical execution and a strong record of converting investment into measurable business, regulatory or public value.

You bring:demonstrated delivery of major data platform modernisation, migration or comparable enterprise programsdeep understanding of the data lifecycle, governance, architecture, platforms and productsexperience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering through enterprise wide influencesound judgement across privacy, cyber security, model, ethical, compliance and delivery riskscredibility to engage commissioners, executives, technical specialists and external stakeholders.
