Job Summary:
Looking for a Desktop Technician to provide onsite IT support to end users across manufacturing and business environments. The technician will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and network connectivity, deploy/configure devices, manage Active Directory, and support endpoint security and IT compliance.

• Desktop/Help Desk Support
• Windows 10/11

• Hardware troubleshooting & device deployment/imaging
• Tanium / CrowdStrike
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic VLAN/network troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365
• Ticketing systems & end-user support

• Manufacturing IT experience
• SOTI Mobile Device Management
• Zoom Rooms
• Macrium Reflect
• Windows Server
• Backup/recovery experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite Level 1 desktop/IT support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and network issues.
• Deploy and configure desktops, laptops and manufacturing workstations.
• Perform basic Active Directory administration.
• Support endpoint security, patching and compliance.
• Maintain device inventory and IT documentation.
• Travel occasionally to 4 nearby sites.

Best Candidate Profile:
A Desktop Support Technician / IT Support Technician / EUC Technician with hands-on Windows, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting and basic networking experience, preferably in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
