Our client is a global network of experts providing lifekeeping therapy, online counseling, and medical evaluations to support children with autism and their families.

In this IT Support Analyst role, your daily problem-solving directly empowers our dedicated professionals to deliver life-changing care without missing a beat.

Work Environment & Travel

  • The positon is mostly Onboarding/offboarding employees/Reconfiguration of devices
  • Approximately 80% remote and 20% local travel ( expenses paid )
  • Nashville serves as the primary IT hub.
  • Required to visit each company location approximately once per month to provide onsite support, perform device deployments, assist with projects, and maintain relationships with local users.
  • Support eight locations: Nashville, Cookeville, Crossville, Manchester, McMinnville, Clarksville, Jackson (TN), and Hopkinsville (KY).
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Position Summary

The IT Support Analyst provides end-user support across a Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Intune administration, user account management, device deployment, and troubleshooting. This role supports employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint configuration, and day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to technology and infrastructure projects. The position is approximately 60% project-based work and 40% user support, with strong growth potential into a future lead role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience managing user accounts and access permissions.
  • Knowledge of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview and security/compliance monitoring.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Configure, deploy, and reconfigure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to support tickets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support printers, local office technology, and network equipment.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Document procedures and technical solutions.
  • Assist with IT equipment procurement and asset lifecycle management.
  • Monitor security events; experience with Microsoft Purview and security log monitoring is a strong plus.
  • Travel to company locations as needed for onsite support.

Additional Information: The anticipated salary range for this position is 70-75K. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. The total compensation package for this position may include an annual performance bonus. A range of medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and/or other benefits are available.
