Senior Business Analyst - CX & IVR Transformation

Iterate Recruitment Pty is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead customer servicing initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will partner with Product, Ops and Engineering to design solutions that transform customer and agent experiences, with emphasis on contact centre operations, IVR, and routing.

You'll elicit requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and act as the liaison between operations, product, legal, and the delivery team.
