Job Summary

The Business Analyst - Energy &Utilities is responsible for analyzing business processes, gatheringrequirements, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the energyand utilities sector (electricity, gas, water, renewables). This role bridgesbusiness needs and technology solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, andcustomer experience.

• Analyze existing utility processes (billing,metering, asset management, grid operations)

• Analyze operational and customer data togenerate insights
  
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPIs
  
• SolutionDesign Support
  
• Collaborate with IT teams to design systemenhancements or new solutions
