Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field, and an accredited qualification in business analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Defining epics and user stories.
• Writing and executing test cases, and managing the end-to-end testing process.
• Working in an Agile environment to deliver software development projects.
• Strong ability to engage and manage both technical and business stakeholders, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a professional services environment is preferable.
