This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Finance & Accounting Professional based in India.

In this role, you will evaluate AI assistants on realistic financial and accounting tasks, ensuring their outputs meet professional standards. You will bring real-world business scenarios into AI interactions, guiding assistants through complex tasks and assessing the quality of their responses. Your feedback will contribute directly to improving the accuracy, reliability, and practical usefulness of advanced AI systems. This opportunity offers a flexible, fully remote working environment where you can apply your existing expertise while exploring cutting-edge technology. With approximately 10 hours of work per week, you can make a meaningful contribution while maintaining flexibility in your professional schedule.

Accountabilities

    • Create realistic finance and accounting tasks based on everyday professional situations and workflows.

    • Interact with AI assistants over multiple turns, providing instructions, clarifications, and additional context as needed.

    • Guide assistants through financial and accounting tasks, correcting errors and challenging inaccurate or incomplete responses.

    • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against professional standards for accuracy, quality, and relevance.

    • Assess the overall user experience and effectiveness of AI assistants in handling finance-related tasks.

    • Provide concise written feedback and ratings, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Contribute practical industry knowledge to support the development and enhancement of AI systems.

    • Ensure that project work does not involve confidential or proprietary information belonging to employers, clients, or institutions.

      • Requirements:

      • At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), auditing, or taxation.

      • Professional background as an accountant, FP&A analyst, financial controller, auditor, tax professional, or finance manager.

      • Strong familiarity with spreadsheets and their daily use in professional financial workflows.

      • Experience using AI assistants at least occasionally.

      • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

      • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess financial information and AI-generated outputs accurately.

      • Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and provide structured feedback.

      • Must reside in a country where the relevant AI assistant is available.

      • Willingness to work as an independent contractor.

      • Please note that H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.

        • Benefits:
