Job Description

1. E-Invoicing & GST Compliance:
   Ensure complete compliance with E-Invoice (GST) regulations by reviewing and updating the invoicing process. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in invoice generation while ensuring adherence to GST requirements.
2. GSTR Return Preparation & Filing:
   Manage the preparation and finalization of monthly GSTR returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-6 (ISD) and the annual return. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with GST laws, and timely coordination with relevant teams to meet statutory deadlines.
3. Revenue & Input GST Reconciliations:
   Perform regular reconciliations of revenue and input GST between the Company Portal and ERP system. Take ownership of GST-related GLs and ensure accurate reconciliation with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
4. Input Tax Credit (ITC) Management:
   Reconcile Input GST credit with GSTR-2A/2B to ensure accurate ITC claims. Coordinate with stakeholders for necessary corrections and work on ITC reversals (including Mutual Funds) as per GST rules.
5. Cross Charge & Export Compliance:
   Prepare cross charge workings for invoices raised between branches and the head office (Gurgaon). Handle export-related E-invoicing and LUT filings.
6. Query Handling:
   Address GST-related queries raised by agents and internal teams via calls and emails, providing timely and accurate clarifications.
7. Support on Key Assignments:
   Work on crucial assignments including SOP reports (Indirect Tax), due diligence, assessment notices, amendments, clarifications under GST, and new GST registrations.
8. Audit Support:
   Manage statutory and internal audits by providing required data, resolving queries, and supporting the finalization of audit reports.
9. ERP & Portal Compliance Monitoring:
   Implement and monitor new tax reporting requirements in the ERP and Company Portal, including invoice modifications, report generation, and error resolution. Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure smooth compliance.
