Desktop Engineer- SCCM (Hybrid in Richmond, VA) Local Only

Actively looking for a Desktop Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise environment with 8,000+ Windows endpoints. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while helping modernize enterprise desktop infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing:
Windows 11 endpoint engineering and administration
SCCM image creation, deployment, and maintenance
Enterprise desktop imaging and automation
Tier III desktop support and advanced troubleshooting
PowerShell scripting and process automation
Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID administration
Endpoint security, compliance, and patch management
Collaborating with senior engineers on statewide IT modernization initiatives

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of desktop engineering experience (3 5+ preferred)
Strong Windows 10/11 administration experience
SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager experience
PowerShell scripting skills
Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID knowledge
Advanced troubleshooting experience
MCSE or equivalent certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
