Business Analyst – Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for entry level candidates and professionals who are looking to start or grow their career in Business Analysis.

The Business Analyst will work with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and other project documentation.
• Create user stories, use cases, and basic process flows.
• Communicate with business and technical teams throughout the project.
• Participate in team meetings and Agile/Scrum activities.
• Work with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements.
• Assist with testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports using Excel.
• Track requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Support the project team with day-to-day business analysis activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
