Role Summary

This role will support two software-development squads as a servant leader, Agile coach, and delivery-improvement practitioner. The focus is on coaching teams beyond Scrum ceremony facilitation, partnering with Product Owners and engineers, identifying delivery bottlenecks, and using delivery metrics to improve flow, quality, and predictability.

The role also requires experience with DORA metrics, SAFe, DevOps/CI/CD, cloud development, and modern SDLC practices, with GenAI-enabled software development experience highly desired.

• AWS or another cloud platform
