Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – GenAI / Node.js / TypeScript / Python / Golang / Camunda
Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Golang, and Camunda. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable full-stack applications, developing AI-powered solutions, designing backend services, and implementing workflow automation.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of modern application architecture, API development, microservices, AI integration, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.

  • Build and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into enterprise applications.

  • Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Golang.

  • Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed applications.

  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.

  • Develop AI-powered applications using prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI integration techniques.

  • Design and implement business process workflows using Camunda BPM.

  • Develop workflow automation and orchestration solutions using BPMN and DMN.

  • Integrate Camunda workflows with backend services and external APIs.

  • Build secure, scalable, and high-performance application components.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and application optimization.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions.

  • Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Required Technical Skills

1. Generative AI (GenAI)

  • Hands-on experience developing and integrating Generative AI applications.

  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.

  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.

  • Experience integrating AI APIs and services into enterprise applications.

  • Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings is an advantage.

  • Understanding of AI application development frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.

2. Node.js & TypeScript

  • Strong experience with Node.js application development.

  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.

  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

  • Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.

  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

3. Python Development

  • Strong Python programming skills.

  • Experience developing backend applications, APIs, and automation scripts.

  • Knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

  • Experience integrating Python applications with AI/ML services.

  • Understanding of data processing and application integration.

4. Golang (Go)

  • Hands-on experience with Golang development.

  • Experience building high-performance backend services and APIs.

  • Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.

  • Experience developing scalable microservices and distributed systems.

  • Knowledge of Go-based application architecture and performance optimization.

5. Camunda BPM

  • Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM platform.

  • Experience designing and implementing BPMN workflows.

  • Knowledge of DMN decision tables and business process automation.

  • Experience integrating Camunda with Node.js, Python, Java, or other backend services.

  • Understanding of workflow orchestration and process automation.

6. Full Stack & Application Architecture

  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications.

  • Strong understanding of microservices and distributed architecture.

  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of Agentic AI and AI agent orchestration.

  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based GenAI services.

  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
