Description
This position involves administering and maintaining both production and non-production environments of a widely-used IT service management platform. 
The role is remote and contract-based, focusing on ensuring platform health, performance, and compliance with security standards. 
The successful candidate will handle operational support, incident management, and platform upgrades using a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain production and non-production environments. Monitor platform health, performance, and stability. Manage configurations, plugins, integrations, and platform features. Coordinate environment cloning, validation, and stabilization activities. Lead operational support, incident management, and resolution coordination. Qualifications
Experience in system administration and platform operations. Knowledge of IT service management, human resources service delivery, and customer service management. Experience with platform upgrades and release management.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with integration and plugin administration. Core Technologies
