ICT Project Manager

Kestrel Eight is supporting a Melbourne-based enterprise through a major technology transformation, with a substantial portfolio of concurrent initiatives across applications, data and infrastructure. We are engaging two experienced ICT Project Managers to strengthen delivery across that portfolio.

You will be supported by Kestrel Eight throughout the engagement, with clear communication, practical onboarding and ongoing contact while you are working with the client. We are looking for people who value quality delivery, professional credibility and straightforward communication.

You will take end-to-end delivery ownership of assigned initiatives, working within the client's delivery structure and coordinated by an embedded Senior Delivery Lead. These are hands-on delivery roles for project managers who are comfortable running several things at once in a busy enterprise setting and who bring clarity, pace and discipline.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects across applications, data and infrastructure.
• Plan, track and report scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive decisions, remove blockers and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Manage vendor and partner contributions to your projects.
• Bring delivery discipline: clear ownership, agreed next actions and committed dates.
• Keep governance, reporting and delivery artefacts current and accurate.

What you will bring

• Eight or more years in ICT project management within enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects across mixed technology.
• Strong planning, risk, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Comfort working within structured governance. Recognised certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are welcome.
• A clear communicator who stays calm and organised under pressure.

Well regarded

• Strong history working with large Microsoft-centric Enterprise companies - O365, MS Dynamics, AX, Azure, MS Power BI, Fabric, Medallion Architecture, etc
• Experience delivering alongside external systems integrators and architecture partners.
• Industry experience in residential construction or home building, or in large asset-intensive enterprises such as resources, infrastructure or utilities.

Location Melbourne, hybrid (2-3 days on site at East Melbourne office, balance remote)
