Urgent requirement of SAP SAC Project Manager - Contract - Brisbane

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning expertise to lead and deliver strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial transformation projects. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure successful implementation of SAP SAC Planning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Project Management

• Lead SAP SAC Planning implementation, enhancement, and support projects from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and steering committee updates.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Drive business requirements gathering workshops for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Leadership and people management
• Strong stakeholder engagement, act as the primary liaison between business users, finance teams, IT teams, and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Risk and issue management
• Experience managing offshore and onsite delivery teams.
• Manage workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.

Solution Delivery & Governance

• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading global planning transformation programs valued at $1M+

Knowledge Skills

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
• Data Actions, Multi Actions, Allocation Processes
• SAP Datasphere (preferred)
• Project Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or ServiceNow

Duration: 06 Monthsand possible extension
