Job Title: Referrals Coordinator

Location: Remote

Client: Major Entertainment Company

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Schedule: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Program Manager

Role Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Referrals Coordinator to support employee referral and Talent Acquisition programs. The role focuses on reviewing referral candidates, validating minimum qualifications, updating candidate dispositions in **Eightfold**, maintaining accurate tracking/reporting, and coordinating with recruiters on candidate status and next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Review employee referrals against job requirements and minimum qualifications.

·       Screen and disposition referral candidates accurately and promptly in Eightfold ATS,

·       Follow up with recruiters regarding candidate status, next steps, and missing information.

·       Track referral activity, metrics, and backlog progress; prepare basic reports.

·       Maintain accurate candidate and referral data across systems.

·       Support referral workflow improvements and documentation.

·       Provide occasional TA program support, including communications, training logistics, and content updates.

Required Qualifications:

·       1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR.

·       Experience with ATS systems; Eightfold and/or Workday preferred.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

·       Experience with candidate screening/referrals preferred.

·       Experience supporting engineering/technology recruiting is a plus.

·       Basic reporting and data-tracking experience.
