Location:- Foster City, CA /Raleigh, NC (3 days office mandatory. Only local candidates)

Overall 10+ years

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, integration techniques, and API development.
• Experience in designing and developing complex business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: PL-400, PL-500, PL-600
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document the overall architecture for Power Platform solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security.
• Design and develop complex Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power Platform development.
• Development and Implementation:
• Lead the development team in building high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for Power Platform development and usage.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.
