The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with local authorities and schools to help disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners achieve their potential.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse additional educational needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• The right to work in the UK.
