<>IT Project Analyst

Seeking a Project Analyst to support IT projects by partnering with Project and Resource Managers on financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track project hours, expenses, forecasts, and invoicing; identify and escalate issues.
  • Support project execution, including scope, changes, risks, issues, action items, and decisions.
  • Analyze project data and prepare budget, forecast, and status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support project documentation, process flows, and schedules.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 4 years of experience in financial analysis, project support, coordination, or a related analytical role.
  • Understanding of IT systems and project lifecycle.
  • Expert Excel skills; intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with process flows and project schedules.
  • Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint experience preferred.
