Job Description

Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Asset Management


Location: Philadelphia, PA
Privately held real estate investment firm seeking an Analyst/Associate to support asset management and investment activities across a commercial real estate portfolio. The role offers exposure to asset management, acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, and dispositions while working closely with senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities
* Monitor asset and portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, business plans, and financial reporting.
* Maintain and update financial models, variance analyses, and performance reporting.
* Evaluate leasing opportunities and support financing and lender reporting.
* Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, underwriting, and disposition analyses.
* Collaborate with internal teams across investments, development, leasing, and operations.
* Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and technology initiatives.


Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* 1-5 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, lending, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills.
* Understanding of real estate investment metrics such as NOI, IRR, DSCR, and cash flow analysis.
* Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
