Apex Placement & Consulting has partnered with an established print production company seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Entry-Level Account Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, outgoing, motivated, and interested in building a career in sales and account management. You do not need extensive sales or print industry experience. The company is willing to teach you the print business and provide the training needed to be successful. What matters most is personality and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers.

What You'll Do
Manage and maintain relationships with an established customer base
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers
Learn the company's print production processes, products, and services
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer projects are completed successfully
Help retain and grow existing customer relationships
Attend networking events, industry functions, and customer meetings
Develop new relationships and identify opportunities for additional business
Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication
Become a knowledgeable and trusted resource for your customers

Motivated to learn and grow within a sales/account management career
Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships
Professional, positive, and enthusiastic
A strong listener who understands the importance of customer service
Comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone
A self-starter who doesn't need to be constantly directed
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
Sales experience is helpful but not required
Customer service, hospitality, recruiting, retail, marketing, or other relationship-focused experience is a plus
Print industry experience is not required — we will teach you!
