The Role

• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct site inspections to identify pest issues and customer needs.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and sales agreements to commercial clients.
• Build trusted relationships by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Utilize provided technology, including an iPad with sales software, for client management.
• Adhere to company values of safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales or customer relationship development experience is preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification (company paid).
