Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, REST APIs, integrations, platform enhancements, upgrades, and migration initiatives.

In this role, you will design, customize, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support enterprise business processes.

Telecommunications/Telecom industry experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other ServiceNow customizations.
• Create and maintain workflows and Flow Designer automations.
• Design, develop, and support REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Enhance the ServiceNow platform to improve functionality, automation, performance, and user experience.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, migration initiatives, testing, and platform enhancement projects.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, security practices, and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and customization experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows and/or Flow Designer.
• Strong experience developing and supporting REST API integrations and web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migration initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Telecommunications/Telecom industry.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, or Service Portal.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development best practices and application lifecycle management.
