The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of servicing, diagnostic, and repair tasks for light vehicles.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Operate with independence and make informed decisions for each customer's needs.
• Represent the company values and provide excellent customer service on every visit.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A valid UK driving license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to adapt to diverse daily challenges and think critically.
