Maintenance Engineer

Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client in the Croydon area.
You will be working for a renowned engineering company that is making a positive impact on the environment and local area. You will be working for a business that are supporting the UK's climate goals by diverting waste from landfills and transforming it into valuable energy resources. **Responsibilities**

• Responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operation of the ERF plant.
• Ensure maintenance targets and plans are achieved safely, economically and within the environmental limits of the plant.
• Assist with supervision of contractors, working alongside other functions as necessary.

**Requirements**

• Reactive Mechanical Maintenance
• Experience with hydraulics, conveyors, steam boilers, pumps etc.
• Mechanically qualified

**Hours**

• Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Ongoing work until January with an immediate start.
