we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff).
  • Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.
  • Examples include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during court proceedings or helping staff with 'How do I ' questions. Interface with and escalate to County IT team for advanced support.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience Level: 1-3 years

Environment: Court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS; hybrid meeting technology, such as Zoom; Document Management System, such as Courts MiFile solution, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and others.
