Global Network Security Team Lead

American Honda Motor Co., Inc., North American headquarters of Honda, seeks a Global Network Security Team Lead to secure its manufacturing and enterprise networks. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global network security team supporting Honda's manufacturing and enterprise environments
• Design, implement, and optimize network security controls, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention
• Monitor global network security posture, respond to incidents, and coordinate root-cause analysis and remediation
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Partner with manufacturing, R&D, and business units to secure plants, offices, and connected products
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing coordination, and remediation tracking
• Evaluate and integrate new security technologies, tools, and automation to improve detection and response
• Manage security projects, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication across global time zones
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting for network and infrastructure security
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and security awareness across teams
