Job Description Responsibilities

• Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiatinginformation
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gatheringinformation; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Workshops facilitation and requirements elicitation
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writingspecifications
• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases andelements.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Assist with the development of detailed and comprehensive project plans
• Report and escalation as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectationsaccordingly
• Risk & Issue Management
• Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as theyarise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
• Create and maintain documentation as required
• Timely and accurate communication and distribution of information
• Assist with managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets,forecasting and status reporting
• Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in atimely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines
• Accountability - take ownership of assigned tasks and pro-actively managingpriorities
• Growth mindset - improve based on lessons learned / feedback

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis (over 5 years of experience)
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Experience in using MS Office suite, SharePoint, Visio, Jira and confluence
• Experience/knowledge on managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning,budgets, forecasting and status reporting
