Description
The role is based in Summit, MO, and requires onsite presence. 
As a full-time position, the IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices across the organization. 
The specialist will be the primary contact for internal end-users, ensuring minimal downtime for core applications and assisting with data integrity protocols. 
Familiarity with common office software and remote support tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and peripherals. Serve as the primary contact for internal end-users, ensuring minimal downtime. Assist in data integrity protocols through scheduled backup rotations. Perform diagnostics and maintenance on PCs and printers. Manage cable setup and workstation installations. Qualifications
Technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+), or equivalent experience. Experience in PC hardware assembly and diagnostics. Basic understanding of server administration and office software navigation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders/lifts for cable management. Strong customer service and communication skills. Core Technologies
