The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
• Support the Store Lead in efficient workflow management and team training.
• Handle diverse tasks across the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, stock displays, and product freshness checks.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with inventory and cleaning.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail, with a valid vocational qualification preferred.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility, strong team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership potential.
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective customer communication.
