The Role

• Provide competent and service-oriented advice to the customer community, ensuring memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and appealing store environment.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion measures.
• Actively participate in tasks such as stocking merchandise, price labeling, and operating the cash register.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training in retail with some professional experience, or a motivated career changer with a strong willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated friendliness, enjoyment in interacting with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
• A genuine interest in the world of motorcycling, or existing experience in the field.
