Project Manager Location: South Bristol to Gloucester<br />Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package<br />Job Type: Permanent Project Manager – Growing Construction Business An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the Estates Division of a highly successful and growing construction business, delivering projects across South Bristol, Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. The business has recently announced its best financial year to date and has a strong forward order book, creating an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to join the team at an exciting stage of its growth. This is a varied role, working across a range of projects and providing the opportunity to take responsibility for the successful delivery of schemes from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality.
• Leading and managing project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Monitoring commercial performance and working closely with the commercial team.
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the development of junior members of the team. About You The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally delivering projects within the education, healthcare, commercial, public sector or wider estates environment. You will be an organised and confident project professional with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects to a high standard. You should have:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, programmes, quality and health &amp; safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of project costs.
• The ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• A relevant construction qualification is desirable.
• CSCS and relevant health &amp; safety qualifications are advantageous. What’s on Offer?
