SUMMARY

Gozney is growing fast, both through our existing range and new product launches. We set high standards for quality and are focused on delivering products that meet, and exceed our customers’ expectations.

We are looking for 2 x self-motivated Project Managers to join the NPD team within the Product Development Department. You will work in partnership with the Design Engineering team, carrying joint responsibility for delivering new products to the market through the “Go To Market” process, through the full development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and into post-launch optimisation. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help drive designs through the GTM process, working alongside our existing project management team.
• Monitor, review and prioritise work schedules within the team, ensuring global teams are aligned on project direction.
• Chair project review meetings.
• Ensure project schedules are up to date, progressing and meet retailer requirements.
• Monitor and manage project risks/key issues.
• Contribute to risk management content such as FMEA and DVP&R testing.
• Responsible for managing a project budget.
• Supporting Operations with purchase order (PO) related tasks.
• Assisting the Marketing Team to ensure all elements and assets are available ahead of launch.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing projects through the entire life cycle – preferable consumer products experience.
• Energetic, proactive, positive and an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
• An approachable team player, that is adaptable and a multitasker.
• Good listening and influencing skills, with the confidence to achieve collaborative working relationships.
• A technical understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, castings and plastic injection moulding preferable.
• Experience of managing projects to tight timelines and a track record of delivering on-time.
• Effective project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in regular presentations to senior stake holders.
• Able to understand complex technical challenges and be able to relay information to cross functional (non-technical) members.
• Uses Microsoft Office Suite to a high level, knowledge of Wrike (or similar such as Asana) highly desirable but not essential
