The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build product displays and end caps, and manage shelf resets with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure optimal sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Assist shoppers with product information and enhance their in-store experience.
• Collaborate with store management and suppliers to achieve retail objectives.

What You'll Need

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess reliable transportation to work locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
